\nRole Description
\nWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visualiser with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team at Digiflux Technologies Private Limited in Vadodara. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate must possess a strong eye for design, exceptional visual storytelling skills, and a proven track record across graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual content across multiple digital platforms, maintaining rigorous brand consistency, and bridging the gap between creative concepts and business objectives.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Marketing & Digital Creatives: Design engaging visual assets for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, blogs, presentations, brochures, and corporate collateral.
\n• Branding & Asset Development: Develop cohesive brand components including logos, custom icons, typography systems, illustrations, banners, and product mockups.
\n• Video Production & Editing: Edit, process, and produce high-quality video content for social media channels, YouTube, and strategic corporate communication campaigns.
\n• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic motion graphics, animations, custom transitions, and key visual elements to elevate digital storytelling and campaign engagement.
\n• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Content, Product, and Development teams to collaboratively brainstorm, structure, and execute creative campaigns.
\n• Brand Identity Governance: Maintain absolute consistency in branding guidelines, typography layouts, color palettes, and visual standard systems across all outgoing communication channels.
\n• Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple creative projects concurrently from ideation to final rollout, maintaining elite quality control standards and fulfilling timeline expectations.
\n• Innovation & Trend Adoption: Stay consistently updated with contemporary layout trends, emerging multimedia software, and AI-powered workflow tools to continually optimize efficiency and asset quality.
\nQualifications
\n• Education: Bachelor's degree, professional certification, or relevant structured coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related creative discipline.
\n• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of verified professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or an equivalent corporate creative role.
\n• Portfolio Requirement : A strong, comprehensive portfolio showcasing clear expertise in vector asset creation, corporate branding, social media marketing creatives, clean video editing, and functional motion graphics.
\n• Core Principles: Deep operational understanding of layout principles, grid systems, advanced typography, color theory, asset composition, and visual hierarchy.
\n• Professional Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, team collaboration capability, high organizational skills, and strict attention to detail.

\n• Advanced Video & Animation Tools: Hands-on exposure to DaVinci Resolve or desktop/mobile CapCut workflows.
\n• AI Creative Stack (Highly Preferred): Familiarity optimizing creative workflows using AI tools such as Midjourney/Flux, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika Labs, ElevenLabs, or generative features in Adobe Express.
\n• Marketing & Domain Exposure: Experience designing assets tailored specifically for high performing Performance Marketing campaigns, ad copies, or scaling visual identity systems in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
\n• UI/UX Foundations: A baseline understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
