Role Description The Field Services Engineer role at TAURUS ENGINEERS is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

The Field Services Engineer will perform equipment installation, commissioning, and routine preventive maintenance at client locations, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing troubleshooting procedures, and providing timely technical support to resolve equipment or system problems.

The role involves documenting service activities, preparing reports, and communicating clearly with customers about findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

The Field Services Engineer will also interact direct with customers, address service requests, provide training on proper equipment use, and represent TAURUS ENGINEERS in a professional and customer focused manner.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree (Mechanical).

• Understanding of safety standards and best practices for working at industrial or commercial sites.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and specifications and follow standard operating procedures.

• Willingness to travel within the region as required and work in field environments, including industrial commercial sites.

• Good problem solving skills and attention detail.

• Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting and communication.
