- Plan and optimize radio networks to improve coverage and capacity performance across urban and rural areas. \n
- Conduct site planning activities , including nominal planning, site selection, and survey validation. \n
- Analyze coverage gaps and recommend corrective actions to ensure seamless connectivity. \n
- Coordinate with field teams for drive testing, data collection, and validation activities . \n
- Develop and maintain coverage prediction models , clutter analysis, and capacity planning reports. \n
- Support 5G rollout initiatives , including documentation, KPI tracking, and cluster optimization. \n
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to regional and senior stakeholders. \n
- Monitor project timelines and contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvements . \n
- Conduct traffic forecasting and capacity planning to support future network requirements. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and deployment teams . \n
