Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves meeting with prospective and existing customers to understand their fire safety requirements, presenting technical solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Sales Engineer collaborates with internal technical teams to design suitable systems, provides pre- and post-sales technical support, and conducts product demonstrations and presentations. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, managing the sales pipeline, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools. The role also requires coordinating with project and service teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-focused solutions.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including lead management, relationship building, and after-sales support.
  • \n
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations, documentation, and customer interactions.
  • \n
  • Relevant technical qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in engineering or a related field), preferably in mechanical, electrical, or fire safety disciplines. / MBA in Marketing
  • \n
  • Experience in fire protection systems, safety equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
  • \n
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • \n
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic CAD, design tools, or technical drawings is beneficial.
  • \n
  • Generate New Leads, Collect the Inquiries, Meeting with Client and Consultant and PMC.
