DevOps & Cloud Infra Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Lead DevOps transformation initiatives and implement CI/CD best practices.
• Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and governance.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and incident management.
• Optimize cloud costs and improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams for seamless software delivery.
• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers while driving automation initiatives.
• Define disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and cloud security.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate
• ITIL Foundation / Agile Scrum Certification
