Experience Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Applications (BCAMCAMS), or related field.4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development (Mandatory) with experience in document understanding and communication minning.1 years of experience in Mainframe Automation (good-to-have).
Proven track record of delivering 8 end-to-end RPA projects.
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
Strong experience in Agile methodologies and JIRA (Minimum 3 years).
Expertise in automating MS Office tools, APIs, and database integration.
Familiarity with Python, VBScript, or other scripting languages.
Experience in process re-engineering and business analysis.
Background in Automation, Testing, Analytics, or Machine Learning is a plus.
