Someone with experience on standard C# .Net system libraries, deep understanding of handling complex programming logic, parallel programming and ability to structure code based on implementation detail would be more appropriate.

Using C# to build API's both for specific application use, and more general use across the application estate
Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts on the vision, design, requirements, and delivery of web-based analytics applications
Support QA in testing products and resolving found issues
