Roles and Responsibilities / JD

• ServiceNow admin with SPM experience
• Technical experience in SPM Product Suite - Demand, Project, Portfolio, resource management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace, etc.
• Requirements gathering and Solution design
• Impact assessment on new solutions
• SPM Module enhancements
• Configuring scripts
• Configuring the catalog forms and workflows
• System integration testing and unit testing
• UAT support
• Code review and migration from one environment to other environment
• Production rollout and verification
• Troubleshooting integration issues between partner systems
• Implementing automations using Custom APIs and Integration Hub
• Platform upgrades and patching
• Incident fixes and request fulfillment
• Daily health checks and fixing instance performance issues
• Coordinating with ServiceNow product team for issues and defect fixes
