Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions and define the product roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and technically sound.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Guide development teams on architectural decisions and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and champion continuous improvement.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Mandatory skills*

As a Technical Product Owner (TPO), you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that product development aligns with both strategic goals and technical feasibility. This role is pivotal in Agile environments, especially within distributed and cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with Domain Engineering Managers, Engineering Mangers, Domain Architects, and developers in the team.

Desired skills*

· Strong technical background in software engineering or computer science.

· A background in Java programming would be an added advantage

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Familiarity with Java technologies, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

· Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
