Job description:

• This person needs to develop ML support model and deploy in Azure ML platform considering Phase1 to:
  • Use FY25 and FY26 data for model training
  • Evaluate model outcome with selected workspaces
  • Document model deployment plan
• Also provide Back-office Support:
  • Proactively monitor escalations to escalation advocates in product to speed up overall case resolution
  • Proactively monitor escalations created in internal tracking tool
  • Create and manage Backoffice work items in ADO related to the following activities:
  • Investigate and solve critical, complex, and highly technical issues using debugging tools, reverse engineering techniques and other diagnostic tools. Drive engineering investigations to bring quicker issue resolution to Support incidents impacting our customers.
  • Troubleshoot highly complex cases through collaboration with CSS Frontline support, Engineering teams and other stakeholders involved.
  • Suggest Product improvements to Supportability PMs by identifying impactful bugs and design change requests to prevent future customers from getting impacted. Suggest changes to future versions to better equip our support teams as well as our Partners and Customers
  • Recommend solutions, develop troubleshooting guides, and help automate issue detection and diagnosis to enable support teams to close the cases faster

Working with Supportability PMs, help identify emerging trends or re-occurring escalation scenarios and drive engineering opportunities to mitigate and/or eliminate them from the workflow. Be able to analyze the data to identify trends for emerging issues
