8+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 5 years in Workday testing. Strong understanding of Workday business processes (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.). Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Report Writer is a plus. Proficiency in creating Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Scenarios. Familiarity with JIRA, ALM, or other test management tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. |
