Essential Skills:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery solutions. Configure, manage, and maintain Discovery probes, patterns, and sensors to ensure accurate CI identification. Establish and enforce CMDB governance, data quality, and reconciliation policies. Integrate Discovery with third-party tools and data sources (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds, Azure, vCenter, etc.).Perform health checks and audits of CMDB data and provide remediation plans. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to expand discovery coverage. Support c and dependency mapping initiatives to improve service visibility. Troubleshoot discovery issues and provide root cause analysis and resolutions.Provide best practices, training, and mentoring to technical teams and stakeholders. Hands-on experience with probes, patterns, sensors, MID servers, and credentials management Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies (Servers, Databases, Networking, Storage, Azure, Virtualization)Experience with ITOM modules (Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management) preferred Knowledge of CI lifecycle management, reconciliation, and data normalizationShould have Experience in IT Service organization |
