Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)	Role & Responsibilities: Design and implement Performance Analytics dashboards, indicators and data visualizations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain data collection jobs, breakdowns and scorecards. Optimize data models and ensure data accuracy and performance. Integrate PA with other ServiceNow modules - ITSM , HRSD, CMDB, etc Provide training and documentation for end users and administrators. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PA widgets and reports. Certifications: 1) CSA 2) CIS - PA (added advantage) 3) CAD 4) Micro-Certifications: Performance Analytics Essentials Reporting and Dashboards Data Visualization
