	Develop automated test scripts using Tosca
	Execute and maintain automated test suites
	Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements
	Identify and document defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
	Participate in test planning and strategy sessions
	Monitor and report on test execution and results
	Continuously improve test processes and methodologies
