Test Manager (Quality Assurance II)

· 10+ yrs. experience in software Testing with 3+ yrs. experience as Release Test Manager. Client experience is preferred. Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process of projects from initiation to implementation.

· 5+ Hands on Expertise in developing and execution of test approach, test plans with milestones , coordination with all stakeholders and reporting.

· Subject matter expertise on Testing and QA processes, preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment.

· Expertise in Test Data Management with relevant knowledge in RDBMS, and No-SQL platforms like Big data, Couchbase, Mongo DB

· Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team.

· 5+ years' experience in monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status.

· Experience on test automation tools like Cucumber, Selenium, and should be able to determine the need, selection, and implementation of Automation tools. - Nice to have

· Hands on experience in automation testing & debugging using tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI, REST Assured,etc. - Nice to have

· Java, Python languages for Test automation. - Nice to have

· Well versed with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence etc.
