The Product Manager - For Business Loans will be responsible for driving business growth, channel productivity, and portfolio performance across Unsecured Business Loan products. The role will focus on scaling acquisition channels, improving funnel conversions, enhancing productivity of field teams and partners, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute.
  • Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, Business Loans, Product Management, Sales Strategy, or Channel Management.

  • Strong understanding of Secured and Unsecured Business Loan products.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable business insights from data.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent presentation preparation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across levels.

  • Create and drive acquisition strategies across channels to increase sourcing of Secured and Unsecured Business Loans.
  • Drive growth through DSA, Connector, Branch Banking.
  • Build and execute initiatives to improve channel productivity and business efficiency.
  • Drive FCCR (Funds against Card/Digital Payment Receivables) product business by developing acquisition strategies, increasing channel penetration, driving sourcing through internal and external channels, improving funnel conversion, and enhancing portfolio
  • Identify low-performing regions, channels, and resources and implement corrective action plans to improve productivity.
  • Develop and execute incentive programs, contests, and engagement initiatives for channels and sales teams.
  • Drive channel activation, branch activation, and marketing initiatives to enhance business generation.
  • Benchmark competition and industry best practices and implement suitable initiatives to improve business performance.
  • Create SOP Structures for the channel.
  • Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive business objectives.
