Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, digital, branch, and partner channels to drive product awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
  • Build and manage customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing programs focused on lead generation, conversion, retention, engagement, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead Direct-to-Customer (D2C) marketing initiatives by leveraging customer insights and analytics to run targeted campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Mobile App, Website, and other digital channels.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, landing page development, SEO-led content, customer communication journeys, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, customer behaviour, marketing ROI, and business impact to continuously optimize strategies and marketing investments.
  • Create compelling product communication and marketing collateral such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations, branch branding, videos, sales enablement tools, and AI-generated creative assets.
  • Lead customer communication across online and offline touchpoints, ensuring consistency of messaging and adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing programs including branch branding, kiosks, exhibitions, local area marketing activities, regional campaigns, and partner activations to strengthen market presence and drive walk-ins.
  • Support product launches, internal communication initiatives, leadership presentations, and sales enablement programs through impactful marketing strategies and business insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, Brand, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Operations, Regional Marketing teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless planning and execution.
  • Drive strong governance across marketing initiatives by managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, compliance requirements, and regional execution priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end product marketing charter for Retail Asset businesses, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and growth ambitions.
