As the Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Valuation team.   • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate valuation or a similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of real estate markets, valuation techniques, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using valuation software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
  • Lead and manage the Real Estate Valuation team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of real estate valuations, meeting client expectations and industry standards.
  • Review and approve valuation reports, maintaining quality control and consistency.
  • Stay updated with market trends, valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing performance feedback and career guidance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of valuation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Oversee the team's performance, setting goals, and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
