With 40+ years of experience in the Insurtech game, we're not just redefining what's achievable, we're creating a place where amazing career moments are made possible.Position Overview: The Sr. Accounting Coordinator will act as a primary point of contact between internal departments and the accounting team, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. This role is essential for maintaining the company's financial health by overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, billing, and reporting processes.What You'll Do

• Strategic & Governance
• Define and execute the information security strategy aligned with businessobjectives
• Own security policies, standards, and frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NISTCSF)
• Lead risk assessments, threat modelling, and security architecture reviews
• Drive compliance programs (data residency, regulatory requirements)
• Manage security budgets and vendor relationshipsOperational
• Oversee identity & access management (IAM), vulnerability management,and incident response
• Establish and maintain security monitoring, alerting, and responseplaybooks
• Lead security reviews for new technologies, integrations, and PoCs
• Ensure security SLAs and KPIs are met across the organizationCross-Functional
• Partner with Engineering, Cloud, IT, and Product teams to embed securityinto SDLC
• Advise on data protection, encryption, and privacy controls
• Represent security in architecture review boards and change advisoryprocesses

We're Excited to Learn More About You

• Deep understanding of at least 2-3 security domains (IAM, cloud security,application security, data protection)
• Ability to review architecture decisions and threat models at a technicallevel
• Familiarity with cloud-native security (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modernidentity stacks (Okta, Entra, PAM/PIM)
• Hands-on experience with security tooling (SIEM, SOAR, vulnerabilityscanners, EDR)
• Understanding of automation and scripting for security operations (Python,Tines, etc.)
• Data-driven approach to measuring security posture and risk reduction
