Automation Strategy & Governance
· Define and implement the automation roadmap across portfolios
· Establish automation standards, frameworks, and best practices
· Drive automation maturity assessment and continuous improvement initiatives
· Ensure alignment with client technology landscape and compliance requirements
Framework Design & Implementation
· Architect and enhance automation frameworks (e.g., RAAFT with Python)
· Enable scalable, reusable, and modular automation solutions
· Drive adoption of API, UI, and batch automation across portfolios
· Ensure integration of automation with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
GenAI-Driven Automation
· Leverage Generative AI for:
o Test case generation
o Automation script generation
o Test optimization and defect prediction
· Identify use cases to improve productivity, coverage, and efficiency
· Define governance for responsible and secure usage of GenAI
Portfolio-Level Enablement
· Drive automation adoption across multiple programs and portfolios
· Identify automation opportunities for increased coverage (target ~20% YoY improvement)
· Support teams in transitioning from manual to automation-first approach
· Enable resource optimization and productivity gains
