App Dev & Support Engineer III
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior .NET Developer to join our development team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, software architecture, enterprise application development, and application support. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting scalable web applications while contributing to architectural decisions and serving as a senior technical contributor within the team.
This role requires a hands-on developer who can work across the full software development lifecycle, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions for our Learning platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and support scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Microsoft technologies.
Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions following industry best practices.
Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET 6/7/8.
Build, enhance, and support RESTful APIs and Web Services.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, and queries.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, integration, performance, and production issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in system architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
Support application deployments, production releases, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Mentor and guide team members on technical implementation and best practices.
Participate in on-call support activities and critical incident management as required.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Working Hours
Work hours should be flexible to accommodate collaboration with global teams.
The role may require overlap with U.S. business hours based on project, stakeholder, and operational needs.
Candidates should be comfortable participating in meetings and supporting activities during overlapping U.S. working hours when required
