Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development and ADP Payroll integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing integrations, reports, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across various HCM modules.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll.
Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FTP/SFTP, and HCM Extracts.
Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and dashboards.
Create and maintain Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and other data migration solutions.
Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and production support issues.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment activities.
Prepare technical design documents and support knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with ADP Payroll.
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience in troubleshooting integration and data issues.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Integration Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
