Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive direct bookings, improve online reputation, and generate revenue through digital channels. The role manages online campaigns, social media presence, website performance, and digital partnerships to strengthen the hotel's market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with hotel business goals.
  • Manage the hotel's website, ensuring updated content, promotions, packages, offers, and brand consistency.
  • Drive direct bookings through website optimization, SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Manage the hotel's social media platforms, including content planning, posting calendars, engagement, and community management.
  • Create and coordinate digital content including photography, videos, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve online reputation across review platforms and travel websites.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on traffic, conversions, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales, revenue management, and operations teams to promote rooms, restaurants, events, and special packages.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, customer databases, and loyalty program communications.
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, and other digital partners.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, hospitality technology, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, travel, or luxury brand industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Experience managing hotel websites, booking engines, and online travel platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and campaign reporting.
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
