Architect - Solution Architect
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible designing comprehensive technical solutions to solve specific business problems, acting as a bridge between business needs and technology implementation. You will create blueprints (software, hardware, cloud) for scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness, guiding development teams through implementation.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Architectural Design:Evaluating requirements to design technical solutions on various technologies, including cloud-native, data, or AI-enabled systems.
Bridging Stakeholders:Translating complex technical jargon for business stakeholders and aligning technical teams (developers, DevOps) with business goals. Demonstrate platform capabilities through in-depth technical presentations, highlighting integration options and fostering confidence in the solution's technical foundation
Technical Leadership: Choosing technology stacks, defining architecture standards and ensuring compliance, such as with data security. Create and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry patterns to enhance team productivity and support consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.
Risk Mitigation:Identifying potential project pitfalls, such as performance bottlenecks or high infrastructure costs, early in the planning stage.
Skills:Strong communication and deep technical expertise. Skilled in designing scalable, high-performance end-to-end solutions with rapid implementation.
Experience: min 5 years' experience as Solution Architect; min 3 years experience as developer: experience in technologies and Java frameworks, ETL platforms, BPM.
