We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to join our team. With a minimum of 66 months of relevant industry experience, the ideal candidate will provide both strategic and operational leadership in the management and execution of PKI solutions within the organization. As an Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust PKI systems, ensuring alignment with our information security objectives
The ideal candidate will:
Lead the development and implementation of PKI strategies and policies in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage the day-to-day operations of PKI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Supervise a team of PKI engineers and specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and productive environment, promoting continuous learning and development
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Have clear understanding of IAM solution design and configuration

Identify issues and opportunities, and communicate them to appropriate senior member
Mandatory Certification Required:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or
Certified PKI Professional (CPKI) or similar
Technical Skills Required:
Oversee the lifecycle management of digital certificates, including their issuance, renewal, and revocation.
Implement automated solutions to streamline certificate management processes.
Ensure PKI operations comply with industry standards, best practices, and legal regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and audits, implementing corrective actions where needed to mitigate exposure.
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance PKI operations and security.
Lead the integration of new PKI technologies and solutions into existing systems.
Strong understanding of PKI principles, cryptographic standards, and secure key management practices.
Proficiency with PKI tools and solutions (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services, Entrust, DigiCert).
