| Job Specification: Candidates should have experience in Integration processes, having worked on more than two SaaS (Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll) Integration projects is preferred. The candidate is expected to possess strong technical skills and contribute to the design and development of projects. Technical experience in below modules are required - Core HR, Payroll. Any of the following modules are preferred - Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor.
Job description: The candidate will have experience working with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor solution to their needs. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future best practices around different integration patterns (Cloud, Hybrid etc.). |
