The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Fast Formulas. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage complex reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Design, develop, and implement Fast Formulas to meet various business needs within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity and accuracy within reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OTBI, BIP, and Fast Formulas.
- Optimize and enhance existing reports and formulas for better performance and usability.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles.
- Proven expertise in Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules and their technical integration points.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages.
- Understanding of HR processes and practices.
