| Key Objective of the Job:- - Program management - manage multiple projects from conceptualization till implementation.
- Coordinate development of business processes and business requirement documents in collaboration with Business users
- Manage change requests, Coordinate development of User acceptance criteria and user acceptance test plan
- Assist Solution Architecture Board in solution evaluation
- Facilitate UAT - manage the overall testing process, Obtain all necessary approvals and sign offs from Business departments
- Provide any functional inputs and clarifications during project execution by the partners and developers
- Provide first level support to the Business users in terms of training, assistance in operating the system and any clarifications
- Test all system deliverables for the readiness of commencement of UAT and approve commencement of the same.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases and lead the testing part
- Knowledge of relevant and recent technology areas in the BFSI space
- Take Full control over the application on day to day activities and guide the team
- Awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks as applicable to the BFSI sector in general and to retail finance in particular

| Educational Qualification: - Tech Engineers, Graduate in any discipline
- PMI certification desirable
- Specialized IT related certifications or qualification
|
| Desired Experience: - Atleast 7-10 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a financial institution / NBFC
- Experience on Loan Origination system preferably Salesforce, Jocata, FinnOne LOS/ CAS or CRM Systems
- Experience of implementing projects right from the conceptualization stage to production including building of the business case etc.
- Specific experience in handling such projects in the Retail finance space in a business analyst's role in BFSI domain
- Experience of working in Lending products (like FinnOne, SFDC, Mobility solutions)
- Experience in managing projects in the digital technologies space
- Knowledge and awareness of new and emerging technology
