Strong programming experience in PL/I and/or Fortran (any version).

Hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe development tools (e.g., ISPF, JCL, DB2, VSAM, TSO, CICS).

Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and batch/online processing.

Understanding of data structures, file handling, and subroutines in legacy languages.

Familiarity with code versioning tools (Endevor, Git, Serena, etc.).

Knowledge of SQL/DB2 and stored procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams and handling production support activities.
