<\/li>\n- Good in Site plan, Grading plan preparation, pavement design Pre and post condition drainage area maps and Site hydrologic analysis, Storm water Hydraulic analysis, Underground utility plan preparation (Water\/ sewer), Erosion control Plans, Storm water management plan and reports (Design of detention ponds).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li>\n- Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n- Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n- Mentoring junior members of project teams and interns Preparing engineering concept plans, detailed design plans, and managing documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
