Packeging SME Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end automotive industry expertise to drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend best-fit digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Offer both functional and technical consulting across automotive manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Support end-to-end product implementation as well as new product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations.
• Analyze business and technical issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and propose effective, sustainable solutions.
• Drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across the value chain.
• Translate customer requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers throughout project lifecycle, from solution design to deployment.
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions while meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Mentor project teams and provide domain guidance on automotive best practices and industry standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong end-to-end knowledge of the Automotive and Industrial (Spares/Components) domain.
• Expertise in automotive manufacturing processes, supply chain, procurement, quality, and production operations.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong functional and technical consulting capabilities.
• Experience supporting both product implementation and product development.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP/MES/PLM/Manufacturing digital solutions is an added advantage.
