Role Description

\n

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Staff Augmentation to lead our

\n

staffing business, drive strategic growth, and build long-term client partnerships. The ideal

\n

candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience in IT/Non-IT staffing, business

\n

development, client management, and team leadership.

\n

Responsibilities :

    \n
  • Lead and scale the Staff Augmentation business across key markets.
  • \n
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the Staff Augmentation business—from market research and lead generation to client acquisition, contract negotiations, delivery coordination, account growth, and long-term customer success.
  • \n
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • \n
  • Build, manage, and strengthen enterprise client relationships.
  • \n
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.
  • \n
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing recruitment and delivery teams.
  • \n
  • Ensure operational excellence, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with leadership on business planning, forecasting, and market expansion.
  • \n
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications :

\n

• 10+ years of experience in Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, or Workforce Solutions.

\n

• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and revenue generation.

\n

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

\n

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

\n

• Experience managing large teams and delivering against ambitious business goals.

\n

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
