HVAC Design

Job Accountabilities:

\n
• Perform and review detailed engineering calculations to validate system design parameters (heating, cooling loads, air conditioning, etc.)
\n
• Preparing schematic, detailed drawings that illustrate layout of MEP system. Specifying equipment types and capacities.
\n
• Preparing detailed reports specifications and schedules and list of equipments for MEPF systems
\n
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirement-specific solutions.
\n
• Interact with Technical Consultant to ensure design achievability.
\n
• Ensure to provide quality design and on-time delivery.
\n
• Prepare design tools and methods competence and implement good design practices.
\n
• Reviews MEP-Design for planning, designing, cost estimating.
\n
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.
\n

Qualification & Key Skills :

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
\n
• LEED certification or other sustainability certifications.
\n
• 8 to 15 years of Experience in sustainable design and energy-efficient systems.
\n
• Knowledge of building automation systems and smart building technologies.
\n
