Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate and experienced Couple Therapists to join our clinical team in Bengaluru . In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and couples, assess relationship dynamics, develop personalised treatment plans, and support clients in building healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Roles & Responsibilities

    \n
  • Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions based on clients' therapeutic needs.
  • \n
  • Evaluate relationship dynamics through comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
  • \n
  • Develop personalised treatment plans with measurable therapeutic goals.
  • \n
  • Apply evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, CBT, and other relevant modalities where appropriate.
  • \n
  • Support clients in improving communication, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, trust rebuilding, and relationship satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, case documentation, and treatment updates.
  • \n
  • Identify high-risk situations and take appropriate clinical action while following ethical and legal guidelines.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and the multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure quality client care.
  • \n
  • Participate in peer discussions, supervision sessions, internal case reviews, and ongoing professional development programmes.
  • \n
  • Uphold confidentiality, professional ethics, and organisational clinical standards throughout the therapeutic process.

Educational Qualification

\n
    \n
  • MSc in Psychology (Mandatory)
  • \n
  • M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology (Preferred)
  • \n
  • Certification or formal training in Couple Therapy, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Relationship Therapy.
  • \n
\n


\n

Experience

\n
    \n
  • 3–5 years of professional counselling or psychotherapy experience.
  • \n
  • Preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience providing couple or relationship therapy after completing an M.Phil.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience handling marital conflicts, relationship distress, infidelity, premarital counselling, and family relationship concerns.
  • \n
