Position Summary
We are seeking ServiceNow Technical Consulting resources to configure and implement ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, governance controls, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions. These roles will support technical design, platform configuration, data onboarding, CMDB health improvements, testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, governance controls, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Support technical design, platform configuration, and data onboarding activities.
• Improve CMDB health and support testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
• Work closely with architects to ensure alignment with CSDM and ServiceNow best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience configuring ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM-aligned solutions.
• Experience with Discovery, HAM, SAM, IRE, IntegrationHub, REST integrations, and Flow Designer.
• Ability to support testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
• Ability to work closely with architects and delivery teams to implement ServiceNow best practices.
