Position Summary
We are seeking a Solution Architecture resource to lead solution architecture and technical design for the ServiceNow CMDB implementation. This role will define the target-state architecture, establish CSDM alignment, govern CMDB design standards, define integration architecture, support Flexera data consumption, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow out-of-box best practices.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for the ServiceNow CMDB implementation.
• Define target-state architecture and establish CSDM alignment.
• Govern CMDB design standards and define integration architecture.
• Support Flexera data consumption and advise project leadership and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow out-of-box best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with Hardware Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
• Experience defining CMDB health and data governance practices.
• Ability to serve as a primary technical advisor to project leadership and business stakeholders.
