Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to lead and manage infrastructure transition projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in infrastructure technologies and have successfully transitioned into project management roles. This role requires effective stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive seamless project transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure transition projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and transition strategies.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and customers.
• Manage project dependencies, escalations, and change requests.

Required Experience and Skills

Experience

• 5–8 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in infrastructure transition projects.
• Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and customer engagements.

Technical Background (Preferred)

Candidates should ideally have hands-on technical/infrastructure experience before moving into project management roles, with exposure to:

• Storage technologies
• Compute infrastructure
• Networking
• Cloud platforms

A strong technical foundation is essential to enable meaningful discussions with customers and stakeholders during transition engagements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of infrastructure and transition management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within timelines.
