About The Job:
- This role requires technical excellence in the areas defined below.
- Responsible for product testing, debugging issues, and automation scripting.
- Interacts with the product development and testing team to understand the product and support customer issue debugging activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and robust technical thinking.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP and L2 & L3 networking concepts.
- Knowledge of TR98, TR369, WiFi Basics, and WiFi Mesh.
- Cloud Technologies – AWS, GCP, Azure, Microservices.
- Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.
- Strong expertise in Selenium/Playwright, Java/Python, POM-based framework design, CI/CD integration, and cross-browser automation.
- Good-to-have skills in Visual Testing, API Testing, and Basic SQL/DB Validation.
- Good exposure to TR-069 is an added advantage.
- Experience with TR369/TR98 testing involving Agent and Controller.
- Good knowledge of writing test plans for features in E2E testing.
- Good knowledge of Functional Testing, Performance Testing, and Soak Testing.
- Strong ownership in coordinating with customer and product teams for issue debugging.
- Strong commitment to completing production issue tasks within requested timelines.
- Strong understanding of Quality Processes.
- Exposure to advanced scripting practices.

Mandatory Screening Criteria (As Discussed with Hiring Manager – Nokia)
- Candidate must have 7+ years of experience and be capable of working independently.
- Automation framework experience in Selenium and/or Playwright is mandatory.
- Strong networking skills covering L2 and L3 technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with WiFi technologies.
