About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controller with expertise in Primavera P6 to manage project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Primavera P6 Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Project Monitoring: Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare and analyze cost estimates to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Budget Control: Implement forecasting techniques and maintain strict budgetary control.
- Risk & Schedule Analysis: Identify risks, perform schedule impact analysis, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Resource Planning: Allocate and optimize resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Earned Value Management: Apply EVM techniques to measure project performance and progress.
- Project Reporting: Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts on timelines, costs, and resource utilization.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules in Primavera P6
- Monitoring project progress and performance metrics
- Managing cost control, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Conducting risk and schedule analysis for proactive decision-making
- Overseeing resource allocation and workload balancing
- Designing project dashboards and generating reports for stakeholders
- Tracking earned value to assess project health and performance
- Experience - 5+ years of Project Controller
- Any Graduation
- Proven experience in Primavera P6 project planning and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budget control, and EVM
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
