About The Job:
- Experience: 9–12 Years Overall Experience
- Relevant Experience Required: 5+ Years
Essential Job Function
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow custom applications (Workflow Engine) and Hardware Asset Management projects.
- Understand the need to standardize the process/development and incorporate such requirements into the design.
- Assist in troubleshooting performance, integration, and user management issues by analyzing application and system logs.
- Work with the business to understand opportunities for process improvement.
Qualification
- At least 2–3 years of experience maintaining and developing ServiceNow custom applications (based on Workflow Engine) or experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and functionalities; experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus.
- Preferably with knowledge of other programming languages (HTML, CSS) and database management; proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; organized and analytical; adept at working in a collaborative team environment across global locations (Manila, Bratislava, Germany, and India) as well as independently.
