About The Job:
- Experience: 8+ Years
- The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, governance, and successful delivery of One Maximo deployments, enhancements, support initiatives, and enterprise IT projects across global locations.
- This role owns end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and global project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- In addition to supporting the One Maximo program, the Project Manager will drive strategic digital transformation, infrastructure, application modernization, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of One Maximo implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.

Manage enterprise IT initiatives including:
- Application Implementations
- Infrastructure Projects
- Digital Transformation Programs
- Cloud Migration Initiatives
- Process Improvement Projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate activities across Business, IT, Infrastructure, Quality, Validation, Vendors, and Support teams.
- Balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects and programs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Project Governance
- Establish and maintain project governance aligned with organizational PMO standards.
- Facilitate project kickoff sessions, steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive updates.

Maintain RAID logs including:
- Risks
- Assumptions
- Issues
- Dependencies
- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, and variance reporting.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
One Maximo Program Support
- Coordinate deployment of new sites onto the One Maximo platform.
- Ensure adherence to One Maximo Global Standards and business processes.
- Support deployment readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and operational transition activities.

Partner with technical teams to support:
- System Validation
- Data Migration
- Testing Activities
- User Adoption Programs
- Monitor project execution and proactively remove project delivery obstacles.
Enterprise Project Support
- Lead planning and execution of strategic enterprise initiatives beyond the Maximo landscape.

- Cloud Technologies
- Systems Integration
- Automation Solutions
- Business Process Improvements
- Drive consistency in project governance and delivery methodologies across all initiatives.
- Support portfolio prioritization and resource optimization activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining delivery momentum.
Risk, Change & Quality Management
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Control project scope through structured change management processes.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
- Support audit readiness and project documentation compliance.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery methodologies, governance processes, and reporting standards.
- Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future programs.
- Promote standardization, efficiency, and knowledge-sharing across project teams.
- Support long-term enterprise application and digital transformation strategies.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
- Experience managing Client Maximo, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), CMMS, or related enterprise application implementations.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects within global organizations.
- Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
