Job Overview

\n

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-volume restaurants in Pune with monthly sales of ₹30 Lakhs to 40 Lakhs

\n

The ideal candidate must have strong QSR operational experience and should have worked with reputed brands such as KFC, Burger King, McDonald’s, or Domino’s. The candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, team management skills, and the ability to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The candidate must be based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Operational Excellence

\n

Manage end-to-end restaurant operations while ensuring adherence to company SOPs, food safety standards, guest service benchmarks, and operational efficiency.

\n

Team Leadership & Development

\n

Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and restaurant teams to build a high-performance culture. Ensure proper training, motivation, discipline, and team engagement at the store level.

\n

Sales & Profitability

\n

Drive store sales and profitability through effective labour management, inventory control, food cost management, and operational planning.

\n

Guest Experience

\n

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained consistently. Handle guest concerns professionally and work towards improving overall guest satisfaction scores.

\n

Compliance & Food Safety

\n

Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, audit, and statutory requirements. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards across all operational areas.

\n

Inventory & Cost Control

\n

Monitor inventory, wastage, variance, and ordering processes to maintain optimum stock levels and minimize losses.

\n

Reporting & Performance Tracking

\n

Track and analyse store KPIs including sales, labour cost, food cost, customer feedback, productivity, and operational performance.

\n

Qualifications

\n

Education

\n

Graduate preferred. Relevant operational experience in QSR industry will also be considered.

\n

Experience

\n

5–7 years of experience in the QSR industry with at least 2–3 years in a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent leadership role.

\n

Candidates with prior experience in KFC, Burger King, McDonald’s, or Domino’s will be preferred.
