\nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager – Hydraulic Hoses & Hydraulic Fittings based in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for hydraulic Hose & Hydraulic Fittings, QRC and related product lines, including prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver technical and commercial presentations, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, forecasting demand, participating in promotional events, and contributing to strategic plans for expanding Hirel Engineers’ presence in target markets.
\nQualifications & Selection Criteria

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities. \n
- Technical understanding of Hydraulic Hose (Rubber & Thermoplastic) , Hose fitting , Ferrule fittings , QRC , Sensors or similar industrial product ranges. \n
- Skills in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning to identify and develop new segments and customers. \n
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders. \n
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and meet sales targets. \n
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting for tracking opportunities and performance. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) / Diploma or a comparable technical or business qualification is preferred. \n
- Relevant experience of B2B sales in Product range of Gates, Parker , Eaton, Manuli, Semprit, Hylock, Stauff , Faster , Polyhose , Bridgestone or similer industrial products. \n
- Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment in Noida and willingness to travel to client locations as required. \n
