\nWe are seeking a Senior Manager – Business Development to drive B2B sales growth across automotive, OEM and white goods segments. This is a core individual contributor role , focused on managing key accounts, driving revenue and ensuring profitable business expansion.
\nThe role requires strong domain expertise, relationship-building skills and the ability to convert opportunities into sustained business growth.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nAccount Management & Business Growth
\n- \n
- Own and manage key accounts / domain portfolios \n
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure \n
- Ensure achievement of Order Intake (OIT) and revenue targets \n
- Build long-term relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 clients \n
Business Development
\n- \n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive and white goods sectors \n
- Establish and strengthen industry contacts and networks \n
- Proactively pitch company products and solutions to prospective clients \n
- Lead client meetings, presentations and commercial discussions \n
Customer Engagement
\n- \n
- Maintain continuous engagement with key accounts \n
- Track and resolve open issues and business concerns \n
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned accounts \n
Commercial & Profitability Focus
\n- \n
- Ensure project profitability and margin optimization \n
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline health \n
- Drive sustainable business growth and account expansion \n

Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Management \n
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development \n
- Strong exposure to Automotive OEM / Tier-1 suppliers (preferred) or White Goods industry \n

- Proven track record in sales conversion and revenue growth \n
