Job Description

Lead the networking and client relationships for current and prospective clients in the manufacturing/Industrial automation vertical. In this important role, you will develop successful sales strategies and expand our business with GCC and India Inc client base.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in accounts, positioning company’s solution and services.

\n

• Apply industry expertise to develop solutions that address complex business and technology needs aligned with customer product /industry roadmaps.

\n

• Engage with senior management levels to strategize pursuits, develop account maps, and identify target opportunities in consultation with Company’s solution/practice teams.

\n

• Initiate and cultivate relationships at prospective accounts through existing network connections.

\n

• Build and drive a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to closure!

\n

Required Skills:

\n

• At least 8-18 years of experience in engineering services sales in in any Engineering vertical

\n

• Minimum 5 years' experience in handling direct sales with a quota in Indian market.

\n

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and- or- MBA

\n

• Strong understanding of ecosystem, tools and technologies.

\n

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in high-value deal negotiations at the C-level.

\n

• Proven ability to navigate complex client organizations to access key executives, engineering, and procurement leaders.
