What you’ll do

\n

You will lead a target-driven, insight-led (“sharpshooter”) business development engine to

\n

win AI-powered product development programs across tech startups and venture-backed

\n

companies globally.

\n

This is a frontline hunter role—you will originate, shape, and close opportunities across

\n

industries.

\n

 Lead High-Impact Founder & CXO Conversations

\n

Engage founders, CTOs, and product leaders at high-growth startups and portfolio

\n

companies (that you identify). Run deep discovery conversations to uncover

\n

growth bottlenecks and product opportunities.

\n

 Identify & Shape AI-Led Growth Opportunities

\n

Translate business challenges into AI-powered product ideas that can accelerate

\n

growth. Define solution approaches, MVPs, and PoCs that demonstrate clear ROI.

\n

 Own Targeted Outreach & Deal Creation

\n

Execute precision outreach across a curated set of startups and VC-backed

\n

companies (supported by research insights). Own the full funnel—from first touch

\n

to deal closure.

\n

 Build and Convert Strategic Relationships

\n

Develop multi-threaded relationships within accounts and navigate fast-moving

\n

startup environments to accelerate deal cycles.

\n

 Establish Market Credibility

\n

Actively build presence through sharp POVs, blogs, and webinars on AI-led product

\n

scaling—positioning yourself as a trusted growth partner for startups.

\n


\n

Requirements:

\n

 4–10 years of experience in B2B tech sales, solutioning, consulting-led sales, or

\n

founder’s office roles at startups

\n

 Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets in a hunting role

\n

 Experience selling custom solutions / product development / engineering services

\n

 Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases and product thinking (MVPs, scaling)

\n

 Exposure to startup ecosystems or venture capital networks (strong plus)

\n

 Ability to structure proposals, PoCs, and ambiguous deals
