\nAs we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Lead to build and scale our US business development function.
\nThe Opportunity
\nThis is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving outbound business development, generating qualified pipeline, expanding client relationships, and building a repeatable sales organization.
\nYou'll work directly with the Founder to develop strategic accounts, penetrate enterprise and mid-market organizations, expand consulting and MSP/VMS relationships, and build the people, systems, and processes that support long-term growth.
\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up while combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nBusiness Development
\n- \n
- Develop outbound business development strategies targeting consulting firms, enterprise technology organizations, mid-market companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and MSP/VMS ecosystems. \n
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through structured outbound campaigns. \n
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, procurement teams, vendor managers, and executive stakeholders. \n
- Drive account penetration through multi-threaded outreach and relationship development. \n
- Reactivate dormant client relationships and identify expansion opportunities. \n
- Support proposals, presentations, and strategic pursuits. \n
Leadership
\n- \n
- Recruit, coach, and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs). \n
- Build a disciplined, high-performance business development culture. \n
- Establish KPIs, outreach standards, coaching cadence, and accountability. \n
- Conduct pipeline reviews and performance coaching. \n
Sales Operations
\n- \n
- Build and optimize outbound workflows using SourceWhale, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and modern sales engagement platforms. \n
- Improve messaging, sequencing, targeting, and conversion rates. \n
- Maintain disciplined CRM management and pipeline reporting. \n
Cross Functional Collaboration
\n- \n
- Partner with Recruiting and Delivery to align business development with execution capability. \n
- Share market intelligence and client insights. \n
- Ensure seamless transition from qualified opportunity to successful delivery. \n
Qualifications
\nRequired Experience
\n- \n
- 5–8+ years of Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Technology Staffing, Enterprise Staffing, Consulting Services, Technology Services, or SaaS sales. \n
- Demonstrated success developing enterprise or mid-market technology accounts. \n
- Experience building and leading outbound business development teams. \n
- Experience implementing modern sales engagement platforms such as SourceWhale, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot Sequences, Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar. \n
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and relationship development. \n
- Experience building outbound systems, KPIs, coaching processes, and improving team production. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n

Compensation
\nCompetitive base salary plus uncapped performance incentives tied to qualified meetings, pipeline growth, account expansion, and revenue contribution.
\nCompensation will be calibrated based on demonstrated business development leadership and measurable commercial results.
