About the role:
\nAs a Business Executive – Monetization, you will drive revenue by onboarding brands and executing advertising
\ncampaigns across residential societies.
\nYou will act as an extended marketing arm for brands, ensuring seamless execution of on-ground activities while
\nmaintaining a strong customer-first approach.

\nJob Description:
\n1. Client Acquisition & Retention
\n%CF; Identify and onboard new brands/companies for advertising within societies.
\n%CF; Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
\n%CF; Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
\n%CF; Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
\n2. Campaign Planning & Execution
\n%CF; Understand client briefs and campaign objectives.
\n%CF; Plan society-level activations aligned with brand goals.
\n%CF; Ensure campaigns are executed as committed.
\n%CF; Monitor activity performance and ensure client expectations are met.
\n3. On-Ground Branding Execution
\nGate Banner Deployment
\n%CF; Ensure timely deployment of gate banners.
\n%CF; Coordinate with vendors or manage in-house installation if required.
\nLift Frame Deployment
\n%CF; Oversee lift frame installations.
\n%CF; Ensure posters are updated as per campaign timelines.
\nDoor-to-Door Sampling
\n%CF; Execute D2D sampling activities.
\n%CF; Coordinate with vendors/promoters.
\n%CF; Take end-to-end ownership if external support is unavailable.
\nComplete Activity Oversight
\n%CF; Supervise all branding elements (banners, floor mats, standees, etc.).
\n%CF; Ensure flawless execution without gaps.
\n4. Permission Management
\n%CF; Secure required permissions from society management.
\n%CF; Obtain written confirmation (WhatsApp/email) from the Point of Contact (PoC).
\n%CF; Prevent last-minute operational challenges.
\n5. Market Development & Site Visits
\n%CF; On non-activity days, visit 5–6 unique societies.
\n%CF; Build relationships with society committees and management.
\n%CF; Identify new monetization opportunities.
