Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai for a Business Development & Executive Coordination Executive.

• The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting lead generation activities, and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
\n
• The executive will assist senior leadership with client meetings, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of all business development tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying opportunities and driving growth.
\n
• Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management for managing client relationships and supporting ongoing engagements.
\n
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, presenting information, and coordinating with internal teams.
\n
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.

• Relevant experience in business development, sales support, or consulting coordination is preferred.
\n
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
\n
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are important.

• Comfort working in a client-facing environment and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
