Production Executive

Next Step HR is hiring Production Executives for an integrated branding and experiential marketing company specializing in signage, POSM, retail fixtures, and experiential fabrication across India.

Location: Ahmedabad/Vadodara

CTC: Upto 4 LPA

Role Purpose

The Production Executive will support day-to-day production activities, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of quality products while maintaining Ad Leo's production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities as per approved plans.
\n
• Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, and installers.
\n
• Ensure production quality, timelines, and safety standards are maintained.
\n
• Supervise fabrication of signage, POSM, retail fixtures, and illuminated units.
\n
• Monitor material usage and help minimize wastage and rework.
\n
• Maintain production reports and update job status regularly.
\n
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, and Installation teams.
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• 0–3 years of experience in production or fabrication.
\n
• Experience in signage, POSM, retail fixtures, or related industries preferred.
\n
• Basic understanding of production drawings and fabrication processes.
\n
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n
